Victor Wembanyama's rookie season was no short of sensational. While we wait for him to hit the floor again, we take a look back at ten times he showed us he was other-worldly.

1. Victor goes toe-to-toe with Giannis

The first battle between Giannis Antetokounmpo and Victor Wembanyama did not disappoint. In what was arguably the game of the year, the two freaks of nature delivered a duel for the ages. Wembanyama would record 27 points, and Antetokounmpo would record 44. The two would trade jaw-dropping plays all night including two of Victor's most notable dunks.

Down the stretch, the two would continue to give us a reason to reach for the popcorn bucket, and Victor would step up defensively by getting two significant rejections. One against Lillard would lead to a game-tying three and he would show he isn't afraid of anybody, including Giannis.

While the Spurs would fall 125-121, this was a game that had NBA fans drooling for all 48 minutes. It was the first of what should be many notable battles between the two dominant players.

It's a pain that we won't see Victor play in a Spurs uniform till October, but at least the Olympics will get us some Wemby hoops to hold us down. But till then, it's so much fun to look back at the display of electricity Wemby put on his rookie campaign.
