The 2023 FIBA World Cup has showcased extraordinary moments from superstars like Luka Doncic, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, and Karl-Anthony Towns, but multiple standouts are carrying their country to international acclaim. While the big-name free agents are off the open market, there are a handful of players still representing their nation in the Philippines that the San Antonio Spurs should consider signing in the coming offseasons.

4.) Kelly Olynyk

Kelly Olynyk has been solid for an up-and-coming Canadian national team that has put together one of the most impressive runs of the tournament. The floor-spacing big man has been in the NBA for 10 years, and he has averaged 11.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game at the World Cup. His contributions on the offensive end have helped Canada make it to the semifinals and knock off tough opponents like Slovenia, Spain, and France.

The 6-foot-11 center was instrumental for a rebuilding Utah Jazz roster that exceeded expectations last season, and he is a dangerous three-point shooter who excels off pick-and-pop actions. Olynyk was a bronze medalist with Canada at the 2015 FIBA AmeriCup, and his ability to mesh with several schemes should have the Spurs interested. He will be 33 years old when his contract expires in 2024, but he could be a valuable addition to fill out San Antonio's bench.
