The storylines are there: Shai held the MVP trophy up in front of Wemby at the start of the 2026 West Finals, and Wemby responded by outplaying him and winning that series in seven games.

The battles will continue to shake the basketball world, as both will be gunning for the top spot in the Western Conference and "best player in the league" status.
