The 19-33 San Antonio Spurs look to snap a two-game losing streak as they host the 32-20 Miami Heat tonight at 7:30 PM CST. WynnBET has the Spurs as 6-point underdogs and +185 on the moneyline (bet $10 to win $18.5) while the over/under is set at 221.

Spurs vs Heat Prediction

Both teams are looking to get things on track here after recent skids. The Spurs are just 2-5 in their last seven while the Heat have lost three straight. San Antonio has really struggled as a home underdog, though, going 1-6 against the spread (ATS) in their last seven.

Prior to their three-game losing streak while they dealt with injuries, Miami had been a great bet as a road favorite. They were 7-2 ATS in their last nine and I think this is a get-right spot for them against the Spurs.

San Antonio will be missing both Jakob Poeltl and Jack Landale tonight, so they'll be down to third-string center Drew Eubanks. Bam Adebayo will have a heyday against an overmatched Eubanks and the Heat should have no problem scoring.

I'll back the Heat to cover the six points, but bettors can also look to the total for value. The over is 7-0 in Miami's last seven, 8-1 in their last nine road games and 19-9 in their away games overall. Meanwhile, the over is 18-8-1 in Spurs' home matchups this season.

Give me the Heat -6 (-110) and the over 221 (-110) as both teams put up a lot of points, but Miami's advantages over a banged-up San Antonio team prove to be too much.
