The time has come for fans of the San Antonio Spurs to show up for their point guard. Beginning Saturday, Dec. 25th at 11 a.m. ET, fan voting will open for the 2022 NBA All-Star Game, and Dejounte Murray is a prime candidate to make his first appearance.
Through 31 games, the standout point guard is averaging career-highs in points (17.8), rebounds (8.4), assists (8.8), and steals (2.0) per game and establishing himself as one of the most well-rounded players in the league.
The Spurs haven't had an NBA All-Star selection since LaMarcus Aldridge in the 2018-19 season and the numbers Murray is putting up might be the best case they've had for one since that time. Given that fans will account for 50 percent of the vote for who makes an All-Star team this season, it's up to Spurs fans to reward their point guard with a well-deserved nod.
How to vote for Dejounte Murray to make the NBA All-Star Team
