There's going to be a lot of top tier talent in Chicago this week, and the San Antonio Spurs will definitely have a vested interest.

Although it's not likely they'll keep all of their picks and play them this season, the Spurs have four picks in June's NBA Draft, so there will be plenty of opportunities for them to find some help among the pool of prospects.

As the NBA shared on Wednesday, there will be 76 players participating in the 2022 NBA Combine, highlighted by names like Chet Holmgren, Paolo Banchero, Jabari Smith, and Jaden Ivey.

After the NBA Draft Lottery on Tuesday, we now know all four spots in which the Spurs are set to draft: 9th, 20th (via Toronto), 25th (via Boston), and 38th (via the Los Angeles Lakers). Fans will have an opportunity to watch some of the biggest names in the draft class on Thursday and Friday afternoon this week.

As reported by SI.com, here's the schedule of broadcasts for those two days:

  • Thursday, May 19: 3-5 p.m. ET on ESPNews, 5-7 p.m. ET on ESPN2
  • Friday, May 20: 1-2 p.m. ET on ESPN2, 2-5 p.m. ET on ESPNews

The NBA Combine will feature interviews, five-on-five games, and drills focused on strength, shooting, and agility.

We've been doing deep prospect dives and mock drafts all offseason long, which you can find at our official draft page. Now that we know the positions the Spurs are locked into, there will be plenty more coverage of who they should be eyeing at each spot on June 23rd.

There will be plenty of guys to monitor at the NBA Combine, and it's definitely worth tuning into for a team with so many picks to utilize.
