The Spurs won just one of five games without Murray, including a 129-104 beatdown at the hands of Fred VanVleet and the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday. Jakob Poeltl's 19 points and 12 rebounds led the way for San Antonio while Keldon Johnson and Tre Jones struggled all night.
Meanwhile, the Celtics are coming off of a 116-111 overtime win over the Orlando Magic behind 50 points from Jaylen Brown. While Jayson Tatum missed the contest due to health and safety protocols, he should be available against San Antonio on Wednesday.
The Spurs won the only meeting between these teams this season, 96-88.

San Antonio Spurs vs. Boston Celtics Prediction
I have a feeling the return of Dejounte Murray is going to breathe new life into the San Antonio Spurs. He's the engine of the team on both ends of the floor and plays with the most heart of anyone in the Silver and Black.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure that's going to matter much against the Celtics. Between Brown and Tatum, the Celtics have the most accomplished players on the floor and the Spurs are still very much in the midst of trying to figure things out.
San Antonio being on the back end of yet another back-to-back won't exactly help, but Murray's fresh return should hopefully counterbalance that a bit. Still, I think the Spurs' slide continues a bit further on this brutal road trip.
Celtics 113, Spurs 107
