While most of the big-name free agents in this class are off the board, there is still an abundance of talent left unsigned. The San Antonio Spurs have a handful of question marks around their roster as things have been fairly quiet for them throughout the early stages of the offseason.

Re-signing Tre Jones, Julian Champagnie, and Sandro Mamukelashvili took care of some in-house business for the Spurs, there are multiple names that could help them right away. With that in mind, here are the four most attractive free agents San Antonio should keep on their radar.

1. Ayo Dosunmu

The Chicago Bulls found quite the gem in Ayo Dosunmu in the second round of the 2021 NBA Draft, but he stagnated during his sophomore season as he was buried behind more experienced players. The 6-foot-5 guard is entering his third go-round in the league and has drawn comparisons to Bruce Brown, looking the part of a quintessential do-it-all role player.

While he mostly played at shooting guard for the Bulls, he handled some point guard responsibilities and flashed playmaking potential in college. His finishing ability earned him minutes, but he could be further elevated in the right system.

He was buried in the depth chart in Chicago, but giving Dosunmu a more consistent role could see him improve upon his impressive rookie numbers and possibly take his game to new heights.

The Spurs have an obvious hole to fill at their backup spot in the point guard rotation, and Dosunmu could be an intriguing player behind Jones. He is expected to re-sign in Chicago, but it wouldn't hurt to send an offer sheet to the restricted free agent.
