Following the All-Star Break, the Spurs are looking forward to ending a 14-game losing streak. And what could be better than doing it against Luka Doncic, Kyrie Irving, and the Dallas Mavericks?

Although there was hope San Antonio would have Devin Vassell back for this game, the latest report shows there is no specific date for the shooting guard to return. But as local reporter Matthew Tynan mentioned on Twitter, Vassell is ramping things up with 3-on-3 workouts, so fans can probably expect to see him on the court soon.

Devin Vassell injury history

Vassell last played against the Brooklyn Nets on January 2 before undergoing arthroscopic surgery to address lingering soreness in his left knee.

There was no timetable for his return, though head coach Gregg Popovich told local media there was optimism that he could be back shortly after the All-Star Break.

On February 10, Tom Osborn of the San Antonio Express-News reported that Vassell went through a lengthy rehab session but was still not cleared for full-court drills.

Finally, on February 22, Matthew Tynan reported that Vassell began participating in 3-on-3 workouts, suggesting it shouldn't be long before he returns to the hardwood.
