Winner: Jeremy Sochan

After struggling in his first few games as the Spurs tested out a brand-new point guard experiment, Jeremy Sochan shined with a dominant performance in Phoenix. The second-year forward turned floor general had his best outing of the season with 14 points, nine assists, and only a single turnover while playing lockdown defense that helped push his team to victory.

One of the most noticeable differences from Sochan on Thursday night was how he figured out how to work from this post. The Polish playmaker found his spots in the paint, which created better angles to kick the ball out to his teammates. He even self-created a handful of simple scoring opportunities with floaters and hooks.

While the offense looked much improved, it was the defensive end where Sochan made a massive difference. Tasked with covering two of the best scorers in the NBA, Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, Jeremy welcomed the challenge and refused to make anything easy. The superstar tandem coughed up the ball eight times, matching San Antonio's team turnover numbers.
