1. Toronto Raptors (23-44)

The Raptors have an odd assortment of players. Right now, they just have a bunch of guys on a roster who seemingly do not fit together. Some of that is by design since they traded Pascal Siakam. That decision was the beginning of an assortment of moves to position themselves for a rebuild around their young rising star, Scottie Barnes.

Toronto is the only team San Antonio beat during their yearly Rodeo Road Trip in February. That matchup ended 122-99, giving the Spurs one of their largest victories of the season. It was one of those games that allowed the players at the end of the bench some time on the floor because of the insurmountable lead.

All of these teams are close enough in key stats to make an argument for any team above the other, but there is one trump card the Spurs carry, and he is 7'4 with an 8'0 wingspan. The Alien, known as Victor Wembanyama, will only continue to tip the scales as San Antonio makes their way back to the mountaintop in the coming years.
