4) Billy Paultz - 796 blocks

When you think of the most iconic Spurs players, Billy Paultz may not be the first name that comes to mind. However, his blocking ability is one of the best in the team's history, making him a valuable member of the Silver and Black's history.

Billy joined the Spurs team during their final season in the ABA and continued playing with them for four more seasons until 1980. During his time in San Antonio, he proved to be a skilled shot-blocker, which catapulted him to become one of the best shot-blockers in the franchise's history. He was even considered the best at the time.

After three years away from the Spurs, Billy returned to the Alamo City in 1983 for another chance to showcase his talents. Although his comeback was short-lived, spanning just seven games, he reminded the fans of his exceptional ability to block shots and contributed to the team's overall performance.

Billy's remarkable ability to block shots earned him the position as the Spurs' fourth-leading shot blocker, having played more than 350 games with the team.
