1. Zaccharie Risacher

Risacher has moved up to number one of several draft boards. Every team wants a 6’8 wing capable of impacting the play on both ends of the floor. The French teenager is averaging 11.4 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.0 assist, and 1.0 steal in 22.9 minutes per game while shooting 50.0 percent from the field and 44.6 percent on his 3-point attempts.

In a class filled with uncertainty, Risarcher is a quality 3-and-D wing with ball-handling and scoring potential. He may never be a superstar, but the 6’8 wing should have a lengthy career in the NBA as a starter and impactful contributor. Risarcher can defend on or off the ball. He will add defensive versatility and improve the floor spacing of any team.

No massive question marks are holding him back. At worst, Risarcher should be a quality role player for 15 years. If things break right, he could average 20 points per game and be impactful on both ends of the floor. It is why he has vaulted into the top spot and could be the number one pick in June’s draft.

The San Antonio Spurs will have their eye on all the top prospects in the 2024 NBA Draft. They could select twice in the top ten and will be searching for players who complement Victor Wembanyama. Expect the Spurs to nail this draft and quickly return to contention as Wemby blossoms.
