3. Dominick Barlow

The Spurs signed Barlow to a two-way contract after he went undrafted in 2022. Barlow was a project and struggled in year one, but the 20-year-old made a significant leap this season. He dominated the G League where he averaged 24.0 points, 7.7 rebounds, 1.1 steals, and 1.2 blocks over 19 contests combined between the Showcase Cup and regular season.

He translated it to San Antonio during an 11-game stretch from Dec. 29 to Jan. 19 when he got consistent playing time. Barlow averaged 6.2 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 0.9 blocks in 18.0 minutes per game.

The 6’9 forward appeared in 33 contests with the Spurs and showcased plenty of potential. He has the size and length every team wants. Barlow competes hard on both ends of the floor and has an intriguing mid-range game. Teams will want to see him expand his shooting range, and the 20-year-old has the potential to make that a reality.

Dominick Barlow has become an interesting prospect to throw into a trade. The is potential there, but the 20-year-old needs more time to develop. He is a restricted free agent this summer and some team may look to steal him away from San Antonio. Barlow certainly had flashes this season.
