2. Grant Williams

Grant Williams is likely out as a Boston Celtic after the Kristaps Porzingis trade, and the restricted free agent will have plenty of suitors. Williams can bring some much-needed edge to the Spurs. Much like Jeremy Sochan, Williams has no problem ruffling the feathers of stars around the league. Going toe-to-toe with the likes of Joel Embiid, Jimmy Butler, and Giannis Antetokounmpo, Williams can guard just about anyone on the court.

What makes Williams such a scary defender is his strength. Taller post players struggle getting to their spots, and smaller guards have a tough time finding an attack angle. Williams' toughness cannot be overstated. After getting his face stomped on by Joel Embiid in the conference semis, he stayed in the game to defend the league MVP. Williams could provide a spark to the Spurs' bench unit while taking pressure off Wembanyama to battle against traditional bigs.
