2.) Ayo Dosunmu

Dosunmu is another combo guard that could help the Spurs. It’s a little surprising he is still available, but the front office might as well take a swing. With that said, Dosunmu is a restricted free. The Bulls will have a chance to match any offer sheet he signs with another team, and that might scare off any potential suitors interested in his services.

At only 23 years old, Ayo would be a perfect fit for San Antonio's young roster. He aligns with what the Spurs are building, and they might be able to sign him to an affordable deal after he took a step back in almost every statistical categeory last season. While his numbers are a little concerning, it makes sense to buy low on his stock.

Who remembers Dosunmu at Illinois? I sure do, and if the Spurs can get THAT player, they will have signed the steal of the offseason and swindled Chicago. He was instant offense and the leader of that program. During his junior season, Ayo was named a first team All-American and won the Bob Cousy Award, given out to the nation’s best point guard.

San Antonio should invest in Dosunmu with the hope he can shake his sophomore slump and make a massive impact for the Silver and Black.
