1. Matt Bonner
Matt Bonner, the one and only Red Mamba. Matt was and still is a fan favorite among the San Antonio faithful. The retired sharptshooter earned a gig calling Spurs games and providing analysis as a color commentator for Bally Sports Southwest. He has a unique personality that resonates with the city of San Antonio's simple, laid-back lifestyle.
This ex-Spur is arguably the humblest of them all, which is saying something when talking about a franchise that calls Tim Duncan and David Robinson their own. Seriously, Bonner promoted Big Red and Barbacoa at a La Fiesta Supermarket. As a South Texan, this is everything. Enough said. Sign me up. Perhaps Wembanyama should give the ole Red Mamba a ring for some advice on how to conduct himself off the court.
