6. Thaddeus Young
Playing the last half-season for the Raptors after being traded from the Spurs at the deadline, Thaddeus Young has barely had time to get comfortable in Toronto. Over the final 26 regular season games for the Raps, he put up comparable stats to his short stint in San Antonio, averaging 6.3 points and 4.4 rebounds in 18 minutes per game.
After he was included in the DeMar DeRozan trade from Chicago last offseason, Spurs fans were optimistic he'd have a legitimate role on the team going forward. He even had a few solid games where he showcased his solid court vision and defensive skills. But ultimately, his fit in San Antonio proved less than ideal, as he averaged just 14 minutes a game for the Silver and Black before being traded.
It's hard to imagine that bringing back Young would be a situation that would work well for either side at this point. Thad even voiced his frustration with his role at one point during the season, saying "this situation is not ideal for me." With all that in mind, it seems like a no-brainer to leave him alone.
