NBA Draft Prospect Profiles

Given how wide-open the draft is and how many picks the Spurs have, we made it our mission to be as thorough as possible to profile prospects that can be selected at any point. Here's everyone we did deep dive reports on throughout the year, in alphabetical order:

  2. Patrick Baldwin Jr.
  3. Kendall Brown
  4. Kofi Cockburn

  14. E.J. Liddell
  15. Bennedict Mathurin
  16. Wendell Moore
  17. Keegan Murray
  18. Gabriele Procida
  19. Jabari Smith

These are just some of the prospects we discussed over the summer. In April, Dylan Carter put together an NBA Draft Big Board that focuses on how the Spurs can balance talent and fit when making their selections.

More recently, Cal Durrett gave his top three NBA Draft prospects at each position the Spurs will be selecting, including guys like Johnny Davis and Jaden Hardy.

Will Eudy also outlined four prospects he believes San Antonio should avoid when they make their 9th selection, including international standout Ousmane Dieng.

Using intel from our team and NBA scouts, I compiled bite-sized, one-sentence reviews of 20 draft prospects that have been frequently mocked to the Spurs over the past few months. Here, you can find names not often mentioned like Ismael Kamagate and Walker Kessler.

After one more jump, a look at who we've had the Spurs selecting in all four versions of our 2022 NBA Mock Draft.
