The Spurs will soon have another roster slot to fill after the All-Star Break as the franchise reportedly plans to promote second-year center Charles Bassey to a standard contract in the wake of waiving Stanley Johnson on Super Bowl Sunday, per Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News.
