The San Antonio Spurs, again, will miss four players. This time, LaMarcus Aldridge will be part of the group that sits out vs. the Memphis Grizzlies.

On Wednesday night, the San Antonio Spurs will complete the second of a back-to-back vs. the Memphis Grizzlies. This comes one night after defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers, without Kawhi Leonard, Rudy Gay, Manu Ginobili and Pau Gasol in the lineup.

Lengthy injury reports continue to be the story of the 2017-18 season. It has consistently featured between 2-4 players, some of which dealt with long-term ailments.

As for the Grizzlies game, the Spurs will not have four players, again. Leonard (return from injury management), Gay (right heel bursitis) and Ginobili (right thigh contusion) were all listed as “out.” However, LaMarcus Aldridge will join them on Wednesday. Although, he will “rest.”

Gasol is the notable name not listed, so look for him to start vs. the Grizzlies, his original team. Look for him to play next to Dejounte Murray, Danny Green, Kyle Anderson and Davis Bertans, the latter of whom received the start for the Spaniard vs. Cleveland.

With a limited rotation, the Spurs only played nine players vs. the Cavaliers, with Brandon Paul getting garbage time and G-League call-up Darrun Hilliard picking up just one minute. That left Bryn Forbes, Patty Mills, Tony Parker and Joffrey Lauvergne as the main contributors off the pine.

The Spurs and Grizzlies will go head-to-head at 8:00 p.m. ET on FSSW and FSSE. Will anyone step up without Aldridge in the starting lineup?
