On Monday night, the San Antonio Spurs will battle the Sacramento Kings. A look at how to watch it online, including the NBA League Pass service.
On Monday night, the San Antonio Spurs will continue a three-game road trip. It started in Portland, with a game against the Trail Blazers. This resulted in a 111-110 loss, as a game-winning shot from CJ McCollum gave the opposition the win. That was along with a late-game falter from the Silver and Black.
For the second part of the road trip, the Spurs will travel to the Golden 1 Center. There, they will face the Sacramento Kings for the second time in the 2017-18 season.
Again, however, San Antonio will be short-handed. Kawhi Leonard (shoulder), Danny Green (groin), Rudy Gay (heel) and Manu Ginobili (rest) will all sit this out. That means more time for Kyle Anderson, Bryn Forbes and Brandon Paul, while the team attempts to rebound from a tough defeat.
The Spurs have depth, but having four players absent shortens the rotation and puts players in larger roles than intended. That goes for Forbes and Paul, and potentially players like Davis Bertans and Joffrey Lauvergne. Will they hold up in Sacramento? Could one of them step up?
