Today we celebrate Manu Ginobili’s 39th Birthday. Over his 14 year career, there have been a lot of ups and downs in Ginobili’s storied career with San Antonio.

Ginobili has brought a lot of energy and unselfish play to the Spurs over the years. Ginobili is a spark plug for San Antonio and has been a key player of the bench during their title runs.
There have been times when Ginobili would make a play that would cause one to scratch their heads but you cannot deny the fact that he is a competitor and leaves it all on the floor. From his behind-the-back passes, to bounce passes, to ridiculous maneuvers to get himself to the basket, he is contortionist.
I’m not considering his games on this list, just individual plays. I could do 20 gifts/plays, but I made myself narrow it down to the cream of the crop.

The Midnight Miracle – Golden State Warriors Game 1 2013. Well after midnight with the Spurs down by one in double-overtime, the Spurs came back from down 16 with less than four minutes left in regulation. Ginobili would deliver a game winner that will live on forever.

Quieting the Thunder – Oklahoma City Thunder Game 6 2014. With the Spurs trailing by two points with 32 seconds left, Ginobili delivers a game saving dagger. The Spurs would go on to win the game in overtime and advance to the Finals.
