Players to Watch For Chicago Bulls
Jimmy Butler- Jimmy Butler is arguably the frontrunner for Most Improved, as he is simply on a tear this season. He is averaging 20.6 points, 6 rebounds and 3.3 assists. Everyone knows he is a terrific defender, his improvement on offense has made him a lock for the all-star game.
Derrick Rose– Through the first few months of the season it was clear that Derrick Rose wasn’t the same player he was before injuries. In the past few weeks he sure looks close. He is averaging 24 points and 6.8 assists in the past five games. On the season, he is averaging 18 points and 5.1 assists.
Pau Gasol– Pau Gasol is enjoying the best season he has had in years. Gasol has shown he has lots more in the tank than it appeared the last few season, performances like his 46 points and 18 rebounds against Milwaukee exemplify that. His averages of 18.7 points and 11.4 rebounds should place him in the all-star game as a starter.
This national televised game will come down the wire. The home crowd and backcourt of Jimmy Butler and Derrick Rose will edge the Spurs backcourt and lead them to a three point win.
