Carmelo Anthony missed the game for the Knicks with a sore left knee. Tim Hardaway Jr led the Knicks with 23 points on 9-18 from the field.
The Spurs are now 8-1 at home and 16-6 overall. The Knicks have now lost 10 in a row and are 4-20.
