The San Antonio Spurs saw their winning streak of eight games end on Wednesday night, losing to the Nets in Brooklyn 95-93.
The game went into overtime following a comeback by the Spurs, capped off by a Danny Green three with 2.4 seconds left to tie the game and send it into the extra period.
San Antonio was very sluggish in the loss, possibly stemming from the fact the team showed up to the arena only 90 minutes before tip-off following a battle with traffic.

Danny Green, who hit the three to send the game into overtime, was one of the few bright spots in an otherwise disappointing game for the Spurs, finishing the game with 20 points and 10 rebounds. Manu Ginobili was also one of the few who played solid for San Antonio, coming off the bench to contribute 15 points, six rebounds, and five assists.
The Brooklyn Nets attack was led primarily by its starters, which accounted for 81 of the team’s 95 points. Mirza Teletovic was the leader of that bunch, scoring a game 26 points while collecting an impressive 15 rebounds.
