Spurs Cruise In Win Versus Kings: Video Highlights

The San Antonio Spurs beat the Sacramento Kings on Friday night, making it their sixth consecutive win. The Spurs are now 11-4 in the season and have won six of their seven home games. The Spurs took a 61-51 halftime lead and never looked back.

Tony Parker led the Spurs with 27 points (10-17 fg) and 8 assists. Parker connected on his only three point attempt, which puts him at a league leading 67% from downtown.

Tim Duncan had 18 points and 8 rebounds, while Kawhi Leonard finished with 19 points.

DeMarcus Cousins (virus) didn’t play for the Kings, he leads them with 23.5 points and 12.6 rebounds. Rudy Gay led the Kings with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Turnovers hurt the Kings, as it was the difference in the contest. The Kings had 14 turnovers, compared to the Spurs six. Surprisingly, the Kings won the rebounding battle (46-33) with their leading rebounder out. Carl Landry led the Kings with 10 rebounds off the bench, to go along with 12 points.
