Manu Ginobili Becoming Quite the Twitter Comedian

By Jay Desai

Manu Ginobili has become quite the comedian on twitter in the past few days, taking some funny shots at injured Spurs guard Patty Mills and Spurs forward Boris Diaw.

The first shot he took came on Tuesday before the San Antonio Spurs played the Golden State Warriors. Mills, even though he would be on the bench, seemed excited for the game according to tweet he sent.

Ginobili then entered the scene and proceed to reply back in a comical fashion.

@Patty_Mills Pretty sure you are not gonna make it this time…

It didn’t stop there though. Ginobili took another victim in Diaw following the Spurs win in Golden State.

@theborisdiaw That was not that short. For twitter it was actually very long… — Manu Ginobili (@manuginobili) November 12, 2014

Manu Ginobili still wasn’t done having fun though. In what seems to be his favorite target, he took another hit at Patty Mills following a shirtless instagram post the point guard posted to Twitter.

@Patty_Mills Incredible what you can do with photoshop now!

Mills wasn’t having it this time around though, striking back at Ginobili with a witty comment of his own.

@manuginobili Yes It’s great! You should try it out time. Could work wonders on filling in some areas that are missing #hair — Patrick Mills (@Patty_Mills) November 14, 2014

Ah, nothing like some good friendly teammate banter! I for one hope Ginobili continues his trolling on the internet! It’s hilarious and it’s nice to see a side of Ginobili we don’t normally see on the court, well, unless you want to count that bat incident.

Keep it up Manu!
