Preparing You for Spurs Training Camp on the Daily Dose

By Jay Desai

We have some great stuff for you on today’s edition of Duncan’s Daily Dose! Let’s get started as we get you ready for Spurs training camp, talk about how Tim Duncan should finish his career, and much more!

Our first piece we have for you today is a video to get you hyped about San Antonio Spurs training camp beginning tomorrow! Obviously training camp is not as awesome as the regular season, but hey, it is something right?

Check out this awesome video below containing highlights from last season from YouTube user BrockeryJamerzz! Spoilers, the highlights are played over Aerosmith’s song “Dream On”!

Our next piece we have for you is a link to the San Antonio Spurs training camp roster. The Spurs will have all members of the 2014 championship roster (once Aron Baynes officially re-signs), rookie Kyle Anderson, undrafted guard Bryce Cotton, and former Alabama player JaMychal Green present for training camp. Check out the official roster here.

Our final piece is a tweet from Grantland writer Zach Lowe. If you were not aware, yesterday Derek Jeter played his last game at Yankee stadium. In Jeter’s final at-bat, he hit a walk-off RBI single. Zach Lowe shortly took to the twitter verse and had this to say about NBA great Tim Duncan on how he needs to finish his career to top Jeter’s final at-bat.

Duncan needs to one-up that with an bank shot to win the2015 title or something. I mean, come on. That was insane.
