Neal was originally thought to be coming back to San Antonio, until the Marco Belinelli signing happened. Another team that has shown interest in Neal, is the Milwaukee Bucks. The 28-year-old guard out of Towson averaged 9.5 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists in nearly 22 minutes a game last season. Neal also shot a career-worse 36% from three in 68 games.
