In what Tim Duncan called a must-win game, the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Miami Heat, 114-104.
Leading the way for San Antonio was Manu Ginobili with 24 points and 10 assists. Duncan added another double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds.
After the Heat cut the Spurs lead to 75-74, San Antonio went on a 19-1 run to make it 94-75 with nine minutes left in the fourth.
