The San Antonio Spurs lead the Golden State Warriors after one half of basketball, 57 to 48. Tony Parker came out to prove that he is still a player to be reckoned with as he scored 25 points in the first half.
As a team, the Spurs shot 58% from the floor. What the Spurs were lacking in game two was ball movement. Though they have just 10 assists on 25 baskets, they are moving the ball effectively and getting open shots.
Tiago Splitter returned to the starting lineup. He played ten minutes and had 4 points and one rebound. Boris Diaw has come off of the bench to provide some quality minutes. He has nine points at the half and has proven to be a boost for San Antonio’s bench who is getting outscored.
As for the Warriors, Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry have combined to score 12 points on 4 for 13 shooting from the floor. Jarrett Jack has come off the bench to give them a lift scoring 9.
