And the injuries continue to hit superstars around the NBA as today the Oklahoma City Thunder were dealt with a big blow to their team.  Russell Westrbook will be sidelined for the rest of the playoffs after suffering a torn meniscus during the second quarter in game two against the Houston Rockets.

If you were watching and seen where this might of happened.  We remember that Westbrook was dribbling the ball up the floor and doing the usual calling a timeout by pointing towards the referee.  Houston’s Patrick Beverly made a stab at the ball and inadvertently hit Westbrooks right knee.

Below you can see an animated GIF from Pounding The Rock.

Westbrook is certainly that point guard that can change a game in an instance.  Oklahoma City was delivered a big blow, lets see how they can overcome this loss.  We here at Air Alamo hope send our thoughts and prayers out to Westbrook on a speedy recovery.
