San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker (stomach virus) and power forward DeJuan Blair (left knee contusion) will sit out tonight’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers. Parker and Blair missed eight games between them last season.

According to Dan McCarney of the San Antonio Express-News, Matt Bonner and Stephen Jackson — both of whom missed last night’s victory against Sacramento — are questionable.

Manu Ginobili will play tonight after he was subject to the brunt of Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins’ elbow.

No word on who will replace Parker in the starting lineup. Updates to come soon.
