RareInk releases 100 cutting-edge NBA artwork, including a Spurs Big Three canvas

The NBA has announced their partnership with RareInk, a company dedicated to creating innovative, cutting-edge artwork for fans.

Based in Carlsbad, California, RareInk has already released 100 distinct pieces, featuring 40 NBA players and 60 team logos. Fans also have the option to vote for future releases on RareInk.com.

Tim Muret, CEO of RareInk, explain’s RareInk’s underlying goal.

“The goal of RareInk’s artwork is to capture the excitement and action of the NBA in a uniquely artistic way,” Muret said. “Fans can shape the future of the RareInk collection by voting for their favorite players and moments to be featured as art pieces.”

“We all have a strong, emotional connection with our favorite team and players. RareInk’s goal is to bring the NBA to life with unique artwork for fans to bring their passion to the walls of their homes and offices.”

Pieces will be available to fans for prices between $69 and $199, with the latter the going rate for stretched canvases. Popular pieces include the Lakers trio of Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson and Jerry West; the Supersonics duo of Gary Payton and Shawn Kemp; and the duo of John Stockton and Karl Malone, renown for their pick-and-roll exploits in Utah.
