Per Jeff McDonald of Spurs Nation, the San Antonio Spurs will play back-to-back road games on Saturday and Sunday.
While this was expected, it still doesn’t make too much sense to penalize the higher seed by giving them a difficult road back-to-back.
The good news, at least? The Spurs are 15-6 on the second game of a back-to-back indicating that even a high volume of games might not be enough to impede the Spurs this postseason.
Update: Game 3 will tip at 2:30 p.m. CST regardless of opponent. Game 4 will tip at 7 if the Spurs draw Memphis and 9:30 if the Spurs draw the Clippers.
