Stern Not Doing His Job?

No doubt by now you have heard that NBA Commissioner David Stern has cancelled the first to weeks of the regular season. This comes on the heels of some twelve hours of meeeting on Sunday and Monday. Union rep Derek Fisher and Stern both say the parties are no nearer a compromise.
