The Arms Race Continues

By the time players can be signed on July 8th both the Bulls and Heat are expected to have in the range of $30mil in cap space to work with. They have accomplished this by dumping everything that they can. As of right now it looks like Hinrich is on his way out of Chi-town and James Jones is on his way to being bought out.

Call me crazy, but I just don’t see how cutting your roster down to like 4 players just so you can sign two players makes sense.
