Spurs Season Ends!

It was a series that looked to be in the Mavericks hands from game one and they proven it the whole series as the Mavericks took down the Spurs in game five to win the series. The Spurs did not get much help from any others outside of Tim Duncan and Tony Parker whom combined to score 50+ of the teams total points in the game.

Duncan had his best game of the series going for 30 as Parker was his normal being getting into the lane with ease and hitting jumpers. Dirk Nowitzki led the Mavericks in scoring and help them jump off to an early 14 point lead in the first period.

With the series loss, this marks the first time since 2000 that San Antonio has been knocked out of the first round in the playoffs.
