The Week Ahead in San Antonio Spurs Tickets

San Antonio is on a mission to return to the NBA Finals after losing in heartbreaking fashion to the Miami Heat in a series that went a full seven games. The Spurs return the core of their team in Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili along with having Kawhi Leonard developing into one of the best small forwards in only his second season in the NBA.  The Spurs currently lead the Southwest Division with a record of 15-4 and show no signs of slowing down.

San Antonio Spurs tickets, however, are still some of the most affordable in the NBA. At home, the average price to go to a Spurs game is just $102, the 11th cheapest home average in the sport. Tickets for road games are also pretty inexpensive when compared to other teams in the league. Here’s a look at their upcoming schedule, most of which is on the road, and ticket prices for those games:

  • 12/10 @ Toronto Raptors Avg $45, Get-in $4, 72% Below Raptors Average

Tonight the Spurs travel across the border to play the Toronto Raptors who are in second place in the Atlantic Division despite being five games under .500, showing how bad that division is this year. As a result tickets for this game are well below Toronto’s home average of $163 at just $45 with a Get-in of $4 after falling 36% this week.

  • 12/11 @ Milwaukee Bucks Avg $29, Get-in $3, 55% Below Bucks Average

Milwaukee has been the worst team in the NBA this season with only being able to muster up 4 wins thus far which consequently also gives them the lowest home average amongst all teams at only $64. With this game projected to be a blowout it has ticket prices averaging 55% lower than that at $29 with a Get-in of $3.

  • 12/13 vs Minnesota Timberwolves Avg $42, Get-in $4, 59% Below Spurs Average

The Spurs then return home for a game against the Timberwolves who have surprised a lot of people this season with both Kevin Love and the newly acquired Kevin Martin both scoring over 20 points per game. Tim Duncan will have his hands full trying to slow down Love who is playing at an elite level this season. At 59% below normal Spurs home game fans can find plenty of cheap tickets available averaging just $42.

  • 12/14 @ Utah Jazz Avg $55, Get-in $3, 33% Below Jazz Average

The Jazz are making a run for the top pick in this years draft which is being hailed as the best in a decade with a dismal start to their season. Prices have dropped 23% in the last week to make the average ticket in this game go for $55, a total of 33% lower than Utah’s normal price with a very low Get-in of just $3.

  • 12/16 @ Los Angeles Clippers Avg $122, Get-in $16, 34% Below Clippers Average

The Clippers have been affectionately dubbed “Lob City” with Chris Pauls ability to perform awe inspiring alley-oops with Blake Griffin and has helped change the culture of this team. The Clippers are now a team to be taken serious, especially since adding the experience of coach Doc Rivers in the offseason. When the Spurs come to “Lob City” they do so on the the 16th where tickets are averaging $184 on the season but for this game are 34% lower at $122 with a Get-in of $16 after trending down 13% this week.
