Quickcap: Green Continues Hot Shooting, Neal Joins; Spurs Defeat Heat

The San Antonio Spurs received the message in game two from the Miami Heat.  Game three, tides have turned and the Spurs threw their own one-two punch.  San Antonio set a finals record with three-pointers made in a game with sixteen.  The story of this game was not the play of Tim Duncan nor Tony Parker, but Danny Green, Gary Neal and Kawhi Leonard.

The trio combined to go 15 for 22 from beyond the arc.  They combined for 65 of the Spurs 111 points.  Everything and anything that Neal and Green put up hit nothing but the bottom of the net.

Miami Heat were led by Dwyane Wade who finished with 16 points.  LeBron James finished with 15.

San Antonio Spurs now take a 2-1 lead.

What a night! Wow!
