The San Antonio Spurs MVP candidate Tony Parker was expected to miss nearly a month with an ankle injury. We have not heard much from the superstar and the Spurs about his situation until Parker went on his own radio show “The Tony Parker Show” to discuss his current health.
I started to use it (ankle) Sunday. It’s going much better. I run all right at the moment, but I do not change direction. I hope to return soon. I no longer use crutches. I want to go back to 100%. It will be just before the playoffs.” courtesy Project Spurs
Surely this is a breath of fresh air for Spurs fans. Though the team has been filling the void of their star player, to hear him being on his way back earlier than expected is great.
