Bruce Bowen golfs against Charles Barkley, Julius Erving in second annual MENTOR’s Golf Challenge

Bruce Bowen has transitioned seamlessly to life outside the NBA. He does an excellent job as a NBA analyst for ESPN and his prevailing ambivalence allows him opportunities to play golf with all-time legends like Julius Erving and Charles Barkley.

Bowen was joined by other hall of fame athletes, most notably Reggie Jackson, Jim Brown, Clyde Drexler and John Havliceck, in the second annual MENTOR’s Golf Challenge which aims to recognize the efforts of mentors in the realm of sports.

The event was initially put together to honor Bill Russell for his contributions but he couldn’t attend due to personal reasons.
