As news have quieted on the Andray Blatche front — the last reported interest was three weeks ago by Marc Stein as the Spurs expressed “exploratory interest” in the disgruntled 25-year-old forward — the odds of him joining San Antonio have similarly dropped.
It remains a possibility but right now it is merely conjecture.
According to an unverified source, the Spurs are “seriously considering” signing Blatche. (To their credit, they have been correct on the most recent NBA transactions.)
A source has told NBA_365 that the Spurs are “seriously considering” signing Andray Blatche to a contract.

While the validity of this source remains in question, and can’t be treated as anything more than hearsay at this juncture, it does give credence to the notion that Blatche may end up with the Spurs sooner or later.
Blatche appeared in 26 games with the Washington Wizards last year, averaging 12.7 points, 8.6 rebounds while shooting 38% from the field, a career low.
