@AirAlamo1 I would agree with you on that. After the first two games OKC made adjustments and pretty much morphed into the Spurs with younger and more abundant talent. The Spurs could not seem to counter OKC's adjustments and just could not shake their confidence anymore. It gave us fans a good taste of what it was like to be a Clipper or Jazz fan, no matter what we did to them, they kept cool and kept playing and took the games. It was impressive to watch, if not for being on the wrong side of it. Spurs seemed to panic and go away from what got them to the WCF and that was the downfall. It was odd to watch the teams pretty much switch places like that.

That being said, I still don't feel the Officials should be let off the hook that easily. Even the ECF had much talk about the officiating in it, so it can't be said that it's just crying Spurs fans at this point. That is not good for the league or the game.

@saITgeek Really good points salTgeek. I see where your coming from and I, too, would prefer a series where the referees let two elite basketball teams battle each other. That being sad, I don't think the result would have been any different if the officiating was more balanced. Oklahoma City seemed to be the superior team.
