Video: Clippers vs. Spurs Game 1 highlights

The San Antonio Spurs defeated the Los Angeles Clippers by 16-points in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals, notching their 15th consecutive victory in the process.

Tim Duncan posted his 25th double-double (26 points, 10 rebounds) of the season while knocking down 12-of-20 shots from the field. His +26 tied Tony Parker (seven points, 11 assists) for the team lead. Manu Ginobili led the bench with 22 points on 6-of-13 shooting.

The Spurs ball movement proved to be deadly against the 18th-ranked defense in the NBA. The Spurs assisted on 74.4% of their shots, 13 of which came from behind the arc.
