We knew the Spurs, if anything, were the deficient down low. Nothing has changed. We are just more aware of our problem.I don't see the Lakers manhandling the Spurs again, though. We'll see less of Blair and the Tim and Tiago defensive tandem will have to be implemented. A little dosage of Bonner to spread the defense will also help the Spurs. Pop didn't stray from Blair in time; Bynum was already in a groove. Our depth remains our singular advantage over any NBA team. It's not time to write them off.Also, you seem to have a strong opinion. I respect that. What is your writing experience? At the start of the season, this has been the no. 1 problem of the spurs - lack of ceiling. What can a 6'7" do against 7 footers? Splitter remains nothing more than a reliever of TD. The about the deph of the spurs' bnch is  a mirage. The socalled highly vaunted "depth" is put to shame by the lakers.
