Raptors Preparing To Offer $60 Million To Hedo

Reading over at RealGM they stated that the Toronto Raptors are preparing to offer Hedo Turkoglu a five year contract worth $60 million!
The Blazers are lining up a $50 million contract over the same amount of years.
