No Surprise; Detroit Pistons Waive Oberto

We all knew that it was coming and the Pistons have just did it. Oberto which was traded from the Spurs to Milwaukee then to Detroit has been waived by the team today. The reasoning was well, a cost cutting transaction.
With the cut this saves the team about $1.7 million. His contract was worth $3.5 million this season but $1.8 million of it was guaranteed. Heck I would be glad to take that!
This will open up the opportunity of Fab to return to the Spurs but I don’t see that happening.
